Home loan providers do not all supply the same products. Slight differences in the home loan you choose could make it far easier to pay off than a competing home loan. For instance, a redraw facility may come at a higher cost, but it may also allow you to put as much of your income into your home loan as you possibly can. This could be useful in times when it is harder to meet repayments, as you may be ahead of your home loan repayment schedule.
